Summer Intensive - Session I
Calling all dancers 7th grade and older! Join the 22x National Champion University of Minnesota Dance Team for a two-day dance intensive. This is an ADVANCED level intensive.
Dancers will be instructed by the current UMDT team and coaches, with special guest instructors. Work on skills, learn combos in jazz, pom, hip hop and contemporary, get a preview of the game day experience, and hear more about what it takes to be a member of a collegiate dance team.
In addition to the Intensive, high school graduating classes of 2025 and 2026 are invited to sign up for the Recruitment Showcase. This event takes place on the afternoon of day 2 after the Intensive, and gives dancers a chance to work in a smaller setting with the team and coaching staff. The Recruitment Showcase is geared towards ELITE level dancers. Dancers MUST attend the Intensive to attend the Recruitment Showcase.

Technique Clinic - Advanced / Elite Level
Come dance with the 22x National Champions! The Technique Clinic is designed for dancers in 7th grade and older. There will be two different sessions offered – for Intermediate Dancers, and for Advanced / Elite Dancers. The clinic includes 3 hours of instruction, and a Minnesota Dance Team t-shirt. Parents/Coaches/Teachers are welcome to stay and watch throughout the event
Technique Clinic - Intermediate Level
Come dance with the 22x National Champions! The Technique Clinic is designed for dancers in 7th grade and older. There will be two different sessions offered – for Intermediate Dancers, and for Advanced / Elite Dancers. The clinic includes 3 hours of instruction, and a Minnesota Dance Team t-shirt. Parents/Coaches/Teachers are welcome to stay and watch throughout the event

College Prep Clinic - Session II
Come dance with the 22x National Champions! The College Prep Spring Clinic is designed for advanced dancers – with modifications available for intermediate dancers. The day includes 4 hours of instruction, and a Minnesota Dance Team t-shirt for all athletes. Classes will consist of Jazz, Lyrical, and Pom styles (poms are not required). This clinic is available to dancers in 9th grade and older. Parents/Coaches/Teachers are welcome to stay and watch throughout the event.
Two sessions will be offered, with the same material being taught in each session. Space is limited! 100 athletes per session.
College Prep Clinic - Session I

There are still open spots in Session II, with the same material being taught in both sessions.
